Welcome to the world of science. It is necessary to widen the boundaries of this world of science while publishing the Ninth Edition, as from 2025 General Science subject has been included in the syllabus of Non-Gazetted Services (Group B & C) Pre-examination as well as Mains examination. Also, the Maharashtra Civil Services Gazetted Pre-Examination (Old State Services Pre Examination) is going to be a pre-examination which will be a combination of the previous State Services, Technical Services (Agriculture, Engineering and Forest Services), Food and Health Administrative Services, Assistant Controller. Considering both the above aspects along with 5th to 10° State Board and NCERT it has become necessary to take maximum content from 11″ and 12 General Science subjects include Zoology, Botany, Health Science, Chemistry and Physics.
In the previous edition, there was information of about 424 pages, which included previous year questions from 2011. In this book we have provided Latest PYQ from 2020 and Given QR code for remaining old PYQ. As a result, despite including more information, the preparation of a complete book of 448 pages has been facilitated. The layout of the book, the language has been made in such a way that students of all degrees (Arts, Commerce and Science) can understand it. The response given by the students/officer’s during the last eight years is the strength for me. I am sure you will like this edition too.
