P. V. Bhyrappa, a native of Padavanhalli village in Karnataka’s Kolar district, is an accomplished academician and civil servant. Holding a postgraduate degree in Chemistry, he has qualified NET and SLET, and has dedicated his career to empowering competitive exam aspirants and mentoring fellow educators. His core belief that every teacher must remain a lifelong learner-has shaped his Journey of study, teaching, and research as part of a disciplined daily practice marked by perseverance and continuous improvement.

With vast experience in training students across Karnataka in Science and Environmental Science, Mr. Bhyrappa has served as a key mentor on several platforms, including Spardha Arivu and CARE India magazines. His commitment to rural education has enabled many students from underprivileged backgrounds to achieve academic success.

A prolific achiever, he has cleared over 36 competitive examinations, secured 4 Rank in the KAS exam, and achieved 475 Rank in the UPSC Civil Services Examination, being a two-time rank-holder in both KPSC and UPSC. He currently serves as a Deputy Commissioner in the Indian Revenue Service (IRS).
